Cor Unum Grand Opening
Cor Unum opened its door for the first time on September 28, 2006. A special thanks goes out to Joe Fish, The Loft, Kittys, Harrison's
Roast Beef and Cedar Crest for donating the delicious meal.
The guest were able to enjoy an appetizer of fresh bread and salad, and then the entree of chicken,
broccoli and ziti, meatballs and chicken wings. For dessert, they had fresh fruit and cookies. The food was terrific! Guests included families, seniors, homeless folks, and children on their own.
Our first three official guests were boys aged six, seven, and nine years old. Over the course of our first three meals, we served 392 guests, including 78
children. What a great beginning!
